Our Recruitment Timeline for 2026
We follow a rigorous and transparent recruitment process to ensure we appoint the very best talent for our founding cohort.
- Phase 1: Senior Leadership: Establishing the core team to drive the vision forward.
- Phase 2: Heads of Department: Appointing subject experts to design our bespoke curriculum.
- Phase 3: Founding Faculty: Selecting passionate classroom teachers across Earlly Years to Year 5.
Phase 4: Induction & Collaboration (August 2026): A comprehensive onboarding program in Istanbul and the UK to prepare for our historic first day.
What We are Looking For
Our teachers will be individuals who:
