Join the Founding Cohort of RGS Istanbul

Thank you for considering RGS Istanbul for your child’s education. We understand that choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions you will make for your child’s future. As we prepare to open our doors in September 2026, we are committed to making the admissions journey for our Founding Families as inspiring and straightforward as possible.

From your first enquiry to the historic first day in September 2026, our dedicated Admissions Team will guide and support you every step of the way.

Our 5-Step Founding Admissions Process

Step 1: Online Enquiry & Application

Start your journey by completing our online application form. As a founding family, this marks the beginning of your partnership with RGS Istanbul.

Step 2: Documentation & Founding Fee

Please submit the required supporting documents (Passports, Birth Certificates, and the last 2 years of school reports). A non-refundable Application Fee will be required at this stage to formalize your place in the admissions pipeline.

Step 3: Personalised Assessment & Interview

To ensure RGS Istanbul is the perfect environment for your child to flourish, we will conduct a personalised assessment process.

  • Pre-Prep: Observation-based play sessions and family meetings.
  • Prep (Years 3 to 8): Cognitive Ability Tests (CAT4) and an interview with the academic team.

Step 4: Academic Review

Once all assessments are complete, our leadership team will carefully review the application. We seek curious, kind, and ambitious students who are ready to help us build the traditions and culture of our new school.

Step 5: The Founding Offer

If your application is successful, a Letter of Offer will be issued. To secure your child’s place as a Founding Student for September 2026, we will ask you to return the signed contract and pay the enrollment fee within seven days.

  • Founding Student Status: The first students to join RGS Istanbul will hold a special place in our history, enjoying unique opportunities to shape our House system, Student Council and school traditions.
  • Personal Tours: While our campus is being prepared for its grand opening, we will offer ‘Vision Tours’ and virtual reality previews of our world class facilities.
  • Admissions Support: Our team is here to help you navigate every detail.
